You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced is the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We will not in any circumstances be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any third party for failure by us to meet any estimated period or date for delivery of the Goods. The Customer must ensure it can take delivery of Goods at the time the delivery is scheduled. Unless agreed in writing prior to delivery, unloading of all Goods shall be the Customer’s responsibility and we will not be responsible for any damage from the unloading of the Goods by the Customer or by anyone on its behalf, including, amongst others, by the delivery carrier's employees, agents or contractors.

The registered or unregistered trade marks, logos, and service marks displayed on this website denote to Whimsy Bizarre, the seller, and may not be used in connection with any product that does not belong to you, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion with customers, or in any manner that disparages the business. This includes any property, where listed, we have sought rights to sell.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
